为了能够在线监测铝电解槽内阴极铝液液面波动状况,设计了一种能够对铝电解槽阴极铝液液面波动进行实时监测的系统.本系统以C8051单片机为核心,采集全部阳极导杆等距压降,对数据采集电路的信号进行处理、拟合,由上位机存储数据并显示铝液液面波动曲线.工业实验表明本系统能够直观地反映电解槽内的单振源及多振源波动,能够及时有效地发现由于阳极移动而激发的噪声,以便采取针对性抑制措施.本系统具有良好的抗干扰性,便于技术人员操作.
為瞭能夠在線鑑測鋁電解槽內陰極鋁液液麵波動狀況,設計瞭一種能夠對鋁電解槽陰極鋁液液麵波動進行實時鑑測的繫統.本繫統以C8051單片機為覈心,採集全部暘極導桿等距壓降,對數據採集電路的信號進行處理、擬閤,由上位機存儲數據併顯示鋁液液麵波動麯線.工業實驗錶明本繫統能夠直觀地反映電解槽內的單振源及多振源波動,能夠及時有效地髮現由于暘極移動而激髮的譟聲,以便採取針對性抑製措施.本繫統具有良好的抗榦擾性,便于技術人員操作.

In order to monitor level fluctuation of liquid aluminum in aluminum electrolytic cell, a real-time monitoring system of level fluctuation of liquid aluminum in aluminum electrolytic cell was de-signed. In the system, C8051 chip computer was taken as core,all of anode conductor voltage drop was collected, signals from data acquisition circuit were processed and fitted, and data was memorized and level fluctuation curve of liquid aluminum was displayed in upper level computer. Industrial test veri-fied that the system can intuitively reflect single source oscillation and multi-source oscillation in elec-trolytic cell, find the noise which was stimulated by moving anode effectively, then appropriate measures would be taken to suppress the noise. Anti-jamming of the system is good and it facilitates technical personnel operation the aluminum electrolytic cell.
