为了减小薄板焊接应力、防止焊接变形的产生,利用电磁锤随焊锤击装置,分别对焊后尚处于高温状态的焊趾和焊缝区金属施加一定频率的锤击力,使焊缝金属在纵向和横向都充分延展,降低了焊接残余应力.试验结果表明:电磁锤随焊锤击能降低焊接应力,同时也能改善焊接接头的残余应力分布状态,细化晶粒,能将薄板焊接应力变形控制在较低的水平.
為瞭減小薄闆銲接應力、防止銲接變形的產生,利用電磁錘隨銲錘擊裝置,分彆對銲後尚處于高溫狀態的銲趾和銲縫區金屬施加一定頻率的錘擊力,使銲縫金屬在縱嚮和橫嚮都充分延展,降低瞭銲接殘餘應力.試驗結果錶明:電磁錘隨銲錘擊能降低銲接應力,同時也能改善銲接接頭的殘餘應力分佈狀態,細化晶粒,能將薄闆銲接應力變形控製在較低的水平.
위료감소박판한접응력、방지한접변형적산생,이용전자추수한추격장치,분별대한후상처우고온상태적한지화한봉구금속시가일정빈솔적추격력,사한봉금속재종향화횡향도충분연전,강저료한접잔여응력.시험결과표명:전자추수한추격능강저한접응력,동시야능개선한접접두적잔여응력분포상태,세화정립,능장박판한접응력변형공제재교저적수평.
In order to reduce the welding stress and distortion in thin plate welding,A new technology is put forward which uses welding with trailing peening by electromagnetic hammer to relieve welding stress and distortion. By peening head,impulsive force with a certain frequency is applied to the metal of the welded seam and the weld toe when they are still hot after welding. Impulsive force will stretch the longitudinal and transverse compressive strain in the weld,relieving welding residual stress. The experiments show that the equipment can control welding distortion and stress,and it also can adjust the distributing states of welding residual stress,making crystalline grain thin,decreasing the thin component's welding residual stress and distortion greatly.
