采用静态吸附和解吸方法研究了AB-8、D-101、X-5、H-103、YWD-03五种大孔树脂对喜树叶黄酮的吸附与解吸性能,结果表明,AB-8树脂对喜树叶黄酮的吸附分离综合性能最佳,中性条件下其静态吸附率为85.54%,最大解吸率高达98.75%以上。
採用靜態吸附和解吸方法研究瞭AB-8、D-101、X-5、H-103、YWD-03五種大孔樹脂對喜樹葉黃酮的吸附與解吸性能,結果錶明,AB-8樹脂對喜樹葉黃酮的吸附分離綜閤性能最佳,中性條件下其靜態吸附率為85.54%,最大解吸率高達98.75%以上。

Properties of absorption and desorption flavonoids from Camptotheca acuminata with five macroporous resins—AB-8,D-101,X-5,H-103 and YWD-03 were studied by static absorption and desorption.The results showed that AB-8 resin indicated the best colligation effect on absorption and separation for total flavonoids,it's static adsorption rate was 85.54 %,the maximum desorption rate was 98.75 % under neutral condition.
