随着螺杆钻具的广泛使用,螺杆钻具失效时有发生.通过对近几年华北油田螺杆钻具使用情况的跟踪、对失效情况的统计以及对失效螺杆的解剖分析得出了传动轴折断、旁通阀刺漏、定子脱胶、传动轴卡死、丝扣脱扣等几种常见失效形式,总结出了利用各种钻井参数的变化来判断螺杆在井下的工作状态,通过进一步推广判断和预防措施促进了螺杆钻具的正确使用,减少了螺杆钻具失效的发生,螺杆钻具的使用寿命逐年延长.

With the widespread use of screwdrill, screwdrill failure often occurs due to the uneven quality of operators. Several common failure modes were summarized by tracking the screwdrill use, failure statistics, and failure cause anatomy which included drive shaft broken, bypass valve leakage, stator degumming, drive shaft freeze-in, thread tripping, and so on. Method of determining the screw working conditions underground by the changes of drilling parameters was proposed and related precautions were recommended to the drilling operators. These measures promoted the proper use of screwdrill, reduced the incidence of failure and thereby extended the lifetime of the tool year by year.
