通过在焙烧氰化工艺产生的尾渣中添加一种添加刺进行焙烧,再利用常规的氰化方法可以将尾渣中的部分金银浸出,使尾渣中的金银得以部分回收.在添加剂对金银回收有效性实验的基础上,采用正交实验主要研究了添加剂用量、焙烧温度和时间对焙烧处理后的尾矿中金银的浸出率的影响.结果表明,所选用的添加剂能够提高焙烧氰化尾矿中金银的浸出率,添加剂的用量对银浸出率影响较小,对金的浸出率影响比较明显.在适当范围内增加添加剂的用量和提高焙烧温度,均有助于金银浸出率的提高;随着焙烧时间的延长,金银的浸出率越高.正交实验确定的对金银浸出率均比较高的较优水平为焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间3 h,添加剂用量为尾矿重量的25%,可以使焙烧处理的尾矿中金银的浸出率分别达到35.93%和52.15%.

An additive was added into the railings of roasting-cyaniding process before roasting, the Au and Ag in the masted railings could be leached partially by using the conventional cyanidation leaching technology, and Au and Ag in tailings were recovered partial-ly. On the base of the effects of additive for recovery of Au and Ag, the effect of additive content, calcination temperature and calcina-tion time on the leaching rate of Au and Ag were investigated by means of orthogonal test. The results showed that the additive could im-prove the leaching rate of Au and Ag in the railings. Changing the additive dosage had little influence on the leaching rate of Ag, but it had obvious influence on the leaching rate of Au. In a proper range, increasing the additive dosage and calcination temperature could im-prove the leaching rate of Au and Ag. The leaching rate of Au and Ag was enhanced with the increasing of the roasting time. The optimum medium for the leaching rate of Au and Ag was obtained through orthngonal experiment. The leaching ratio of Au and Ag in the tailings reached 35.93% and 52.15% respectively with calcination temperature of 600 ℃, calcination time of 3h and the additive content of 25%.
