目的 探讨循证护理在肠造口患者健康指导中的应用效果及护理措施.方法 对2010年1月-2011年1月间我院30例肠造口患者实施循证护理措施.结果 所有患者均顺利接受手术,术后1～2周均能进行自我造口护理.所有患者均随访6～ 12个月,随访率为100％,仅1例出现造口周围接触性皮炎合并过敏性皮炎.结论 循证护理在肠造口患者健康指导中的应用效果明显,值得研究.
目的 探討循證護理在腸造口患者健康指導中的應用效果及護理措施.方法 對2010年1月-2011年1月間我院30例腸造口患者實施循證護理措施.結果 所有患者均順利接受手術,術後1～2週均能進行自我造口護理.所有患者均隨訪6～ 12箇月,隨訪率為100％,僅1例齣現造口週圍接觸性皮炎閤併過敏性皮炎.結論 循證護理在腸造口患者健康指導中的應用效果明顯,值得研究.
목적 탐토순증호리재장조구환자건강지도중적응용효과급호리조시.방법 대2010년1월-2011년1월간아원30례장조구환자실시순증호리조시.결과 소유환자균순리접수수술,술후1～2주균능진행자아조구호리.소유환자균수방6～ 12개월,수방솔위100％,부1례출현조구주위접촉성피염합병과민성피염.결론 순증호리재장조구환자건강지도중적응용효과명현,치득연구.
Objective To explore the effect and care measures of evidence-based nursing in application of health guidance for bowel stoma.Methods 30 cases with bowel stoma in our hospital from June 2010 to January 2011 received the evidence-based nursing.Results All of the patients received the operation successfully,and all of them could nurse themselves by health guidance of bowel stoma.The 30 cases were followed-up for 6 to 12 months and the rate of following-up was 100％.Only 1 case was merged with contact dermatitis and sensitization dermatitis around the bowel stoma.Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in application of health guidance for bowel stoma is obvious,so it is worth being used.
