对计算机计算技术在水利水电工程预算中应用的问题进行了探讨，选择美国微软公司的VFP6.0为开发研制工具，充分利用VFP6.0提供的一系列向导、生成器及控件等集成化工具，开发研制了一套适合于水利水电工程预算的自动化软件系统。

In this paper,calculating technique of computer is discussed inthe application of budget automation in water conservancy and hydroelectricity engineering.The coding language VFP 6.0 of Microsoft is selected as the developing implement.The integrated instrument consisting of a series of guide,builder and widget etc.in VFP 6.0 is made full use of.A software system applied for budget automation in water conservancy and hydroelectricity engineering is developed.
