根据四圆弧齿轮基本齿廓,推导出了四圆弧齿轮同一齿上同时啮合的4个啮合点之间的轴向距离.并根据圆弧齿轮齿面接触点的运动规律推导出了多点啮合系数、多对齿啮合系数的计算公式及合理齿宽的选择.制订出了相应的计算表格,为计算四圆弧齿轮的重合度带来了方便.
根據四圓弧齒輪基本齒廓,推導齣瞭四圓弧齒輪同一齒上同時齧閤的4箇齧閤點之間的軸嚮距離.併根據圓弧齒輪齒麵接觸點的運動規律推導齣瞭多點齧閤繫數、多對齒齧閤繫數的計算公式及閤理齒寬的選擇.製訂齣瞭相應的計算錶格,為計算四圓弧齒輪的重閤度帶來瞭方便.

Based on the geometrical design of a new invented gear system called quadruple-arc gear, an overall analysis of meshing properties is presented. The following is given (1) axial distance of four simultaneous meshing points of quadruple -arc gear; (2) mesh factor; (3) general formulation of the mesh factor; (4) algorithm of proper tooth width; (5) a table for the calculation of the above information. This work is definitely useful to application of the new gear design.
