目的 研究沙生民族药沙芥提取物的镇痛、镇咳和促胃肠动力活性,探索其促胃肠动力机理.方法 通过小鼠热板法和扭体法实验,观察其镇痛作用;采用浓氨水喷雾法观察其镇咳作用;考察小鼠便质便次、胃排空和肠推进等指标.结果 沙芥提取物能明显抑制由物理和化学刺激引起的疼痛;浓氨水喷雾实验显示沙芥具有一定的镇咳作用;促胃肠动力研究显示沙芥能明显增加小鼠的便次、增加胃排空率和小肠推进率.结论 沙芥提取物具有镇痛、镇咳作用,具有良好的促胃肠动力活性,胃与小肠均为其作用部位.这为沙芥应用于治疗疼痛、咳嗽和促进消化提供了药理学实验依据.

Aim To investigate the effects of analgesia,antitussive and kinetogenesis of extract of a pasmmophyte plant Pugionium cornutum L.Methods Experiment for analgesia active was done using hot-plate test and acetic acid-induced writhing method.The antitussive effect was observed by mouse cough model induced by concentrated ammonia.The statistics of the type and number of the mice's dejection and experiments of gastric emptying and intestinal propelling were used to test the kinetogenic effect.Results The extract of Pugionium cornutum L.can inhibite the pain induced by physical and chemical stimulation significantly and has some antitussive effect.It also can increase the number of the mice's dejection,gastric emptying and intestinal propelling.Conclusion The extract of Pugionium cornutum L.has effects of analgesia,antitussive and kinetogenesis.Both of stomach and small intestine are the effect sites of kinetogenesis.It can provide pharmacology experimental basis for its practical application.
