文章运用均匀设计法对0W-40高级别柴油机油配方进行了试验设计,并通过逐步回归技术对柴油机油典型性能的三个指标PDSC、成焦板和四球的试验结果进行数学处理,得出上述三个指标对各功能添加剂组分的数学模型,最终对回归模型进行验证,得出的实测值与预报值基本一致,由模型得出的最优配方通过了标准台架试验。

In this paper,0W-40 advanced diesel engine oil was formulated with uniform-design,based on the measured results,three mathematic models of PDSC,coke test and four-ball test of diesel engine oil typical performance were deduced by regression.By optimization with the above models,the measured ones accord with the predicted results by validation,at last the diesel engine oil passes the standard bench test.
