[目的]探讨臭氧+经皮腰椎间盘髓核切割联合治疗农村社区人群椎间盘突出的临床效果.[方法]将来自农村社区的54例椎间盘突出患者分为两组,对照组采用传统的方法以及药物进行治疗,观察组采用臭氧+经皮腰椎f盘髓核切割术进行治疗,然后观察两组治疗效果.[结果]观察组总有效率为96.3％,对照组总有效率为78.8％,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).[结论]臭氧+经皮腰椎间盘髓核切割术治疗椎间盘突出的临床效果明显,值得在农村社区人群中实施和推广.

[Objective]To explore and study the ozone combined with percutaneous lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cutting therapy in rural community of intervertebral disc herniation clinical effect.[Methods]27 patients with intervertebral disc herniation from the rural community were divided into two groupa,one group with traditional method and drug treatment,another group used ozone and percutaneous lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus resection for treatnent,and then observed effects of the two groups after treatment,so as to choose a more excellent and suitable for rural community disc herniation group treatment method.[Results]Through treatment to 27 cases of intervertebral disc herniation,ozone and percutaneous lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus resection for treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc effect were better than those using the traditional method combined with medicine in the treatment of protrusion of the intervertebral disc.Conclusion Ozone combined with percutaneous lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus resection in the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation,is worth implementation and promotion in the rural community people.
