本文对高温铸钢涂料中主要成分ZrO2的快速测定进行了详细探讨.从生产多批涂料产品中抽取有代表性的样本,进行分析样品前处理实验,从中选取适合生产现场的取样方法.对各批取样,采用各种不同的分析方法,与快速分析法进行数据对比,以确认适合高温铸钢涂料中ZrO2的快速分析方法.该法快速简便,分析的精确度和准确度均能满足铸钢涂料中ZrO2容量法的快速测定.

A rapid analysis method of the main component ZrO2 in the high temperature resistant east steel coating has been briefly summarized in this paper. We took the representative samples of the products from multi-batch cast steel coating to do the pre-treatment experiment, from which the sampling methods suitable to the production site were selected. In addition, comparing with the results of other methods, we confirmed the rapid analysis method was appropriate. The results of the volumetric determination experiment showed that the method was rapid, accurate,convenient and could be used for the rapid quantitative analysis of ZrO2.
