This paper makes an investigation to the current situation and service efficiency of man-power and material resources in higher vocational colleges, analyses main causes of low resource availa-bility, brings forward the countermeasure raising the efficiency of utilizing the resources. It presents the notion that higher vocational college must form scale, construct its own advantages, cultivate its charac-teristics. That is the effective approach of raising the level and strength inrunning a school.
