采用曝气生物滤池(BAF)-臭氧氧化-曝气生物滤池三段组合工艺对二级生化后的印染废水进行深度处理,进水COD为90~150 mg/L,色度为16-32倍,经该工艺处理后的出水COD<35 mg/L,去除率>75%,色度降到4倍以下.工程运行实践表明,该深度处理系统运行稳定,处理效率高,出水水质达到印染场洗水工序对水质的要求.

The biological aerated filter-ozone oxidation-biological aerated filter combined process has been appliedto the advanced treatment of dyeing wastewater after secondary biochemical treatment.When the COD of the irdluentis 90-150 mg/L,chroma 16-32 times,the COD of effluent is reduced to less than 35 mg/L after treated by this pro-cess,the removal rate is more than 75%,and the chroma is reduced to less than 4 times.The result of the engineeringproject SHOWS that the advanced treatment system runs stably,and has high treatment efficiency,and the water qualityof the effluent meets the recycling requirements of the washing water process at the textile printing plant.
