以银杏核用主栽品种佛指和洞庭皇为试材,对采收的种核进行CaCl_2溶液浸泡、~(60)Co辐照处理后,贮藏于室内,期间每隔20 d测定种核氰化物的含量和种胚的长度变化.结果表明:银杏种核内氰化物含量随着贮藏时间的延长而上升,在148 d左右后逐渐下降,其最低值比贮藏前高出35%~55%;CaCl_2溶液浸泡和~(60)Co辐照均能明显降低种核氰化物的含量,且品种间存在一定差异;银杏种核氰化物含量与种胚的长度呈极显著相关.

이은행핵용주재품충불지화동정황위시재,대채수적충핵진행CaCl_2용액침포、~(60)Co복조처리후,저장우실내,기간매격20 d측정충핵청화물적함량화충배적장도변화.결과표명:은행충핵내청화물함량수착저장시간적연장이상승,재148 d좌우후축점하강,기최저치비저장전고출35%~55%;CaCl_2용액침포화~(60)Co복조균능명현강저충핵청화물적함량,차품충간존재일정차이;은행충핵청화물함량여충배적장도정겁현저상관.
Buddha-finger and Dongtinghuang,two important seed-purpose cuhivars of Ginkgo biloba L.,were select.ed as experimental materials for post-harvest treatment.The seed stones were immersed in CaCl_2 solution,and subsequentlyexposed to ~(60)Co radiation.During the following period of storage,the content of cyanide in seed stones and the length of theseed embryo were measured every 20 d.The results showed that the cyanide content in seed stones of Ginkgo biloba L.in.creased as the storage time extended,and after about 148 d.began to decrease gradually.The minimum cyanide content oftreated seed stones increased by 35%-55% as compared to that of the seed stones before storage.which indicated that theimmersion in CaCl_2 solution and the exposure to ~(60)Co radiation can markedly reduce cyanide content in seed stones.withsome difference between the two cuhivars.The cyanide content Was significantly related to the length of embryo in the seedstones.
