基于2007年2、5、8和11月三沙湾调查采集的浮游动物样品,对三沙湾鱼卵和仔稚鱼的种类组成、分布及其与主要环境因子和浮游动物之间的关系进行了分析研究.共鉴定出23个种类,其中,隆头鱼科的卵和鰕虎鱼科仔稚鱼最多,分别占鱼卵和仔稚鱼总个体数的47.1%和97.1%.鱼卵和仔稚鱼数量季节变化明显:5月,鱼卵和仔稚鱼的丰度最高,分别为1.37和1.61 ind/m~3;2月份仅采获少量鱼卵,丰度为0.03 ind/m~3;8月和11月分别仅采获仔稚鱼和鱼卵,丰度分别为0.35和0.06 ind/m~3.仔稚鱼的平面分布与浮游动物幼体丰度的变化趋势基本一致,且春季大型浮游动物与仔稚鱼丰度之间有显著相关性.

Based on the samples of seasonal investigation in Sansha Bay in February,May,August,and November,in 2007,the species composition,abundance and the relation with environmental factors and the zooplankton were studied.23 species were recorded, most of fish eggs were species of Labridae,it made up 47.1% of the total fish eggs.Most fish larvae were Gobiidae,it made up 97.1% of the total larvae.The maximal abundance of fish eggs and fish larvae both occur in May(1.37 and 1.61 ind/m~3).In February,there are a few fish eggs,the abundance is 0.03 ind/m~3.In August,there is only fish larvae,the abundance is 0.35 ind/m~3,and in November,there are only fish eggs,the abundance is 0.06 ind/m~3.It shows that the distribution presents distinct seasonal evolution,and its horizontal distribution is identical as the zooplankton larvae.There is distinct correlation between the abundance of the macro-zooplankton and fish larvae in May(p<0.05).
