通过对22CrMnMo钢制零件渗碳空冷裂纹进行取样,分析了裂纹的形状特征,对裂纹金相组织特征分析,判定零件热处理工艺中渗碳空冷环节是产生裂纹的原因,进一步研究了22CrMnMo钢制零件渗碳空冷工艺形成不同组织的机理,提出了渗碳冷却工艺的改进方法,为生产企业解决产品生产质量问题提供了帮助.

Through taking the cracking samples of air cooling after earburizing in 22CrMnMo steel parts, the morphology and features of cracks are anlyzed and that the air cooling after carburizing is the cause of forming cracks in the heat treatment process is conehded. The further study of the mechanism indicates that 22CrMnMo steel parts of air cooling after carburizing forms different structures from surface to core and the method of improving carburizing cooling process is put forward, which provides help for manufacturing enterprises to solve quality problems of products.
