目的探讨高度近视准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后早期,暗环境下对比敏感度的变化.方法随机收集66例(66眼)高度近视,观察其手术前后对比敏感度的变化.结果术后1个月,暗环境下低频段(3 c/d)、中频段(6、12 c/d)和高频段(18 c/d)对比敏感度均较术前下降.术后6个月,低频段对比敏感度恢复至术前水平,但中和高频段对比敏感度尚未恢复至术前水平.术前和术后1、3与6个月有眩光时对比敏感度均较无眩光时对比敏感度低.结论高度近视LASIK术后暗环境下对比敏感度下降,术后6个月仅低频段对比敏感度恢复至术前水平.眩光对对比敏感有影响.

Objective To investigate the early change of contrast sensitivity(CS) after laser in situ keratomilileusis (LASIK) under mesopic conditions for high myopia.Methods 66 cases (66 eyes) of high myopia were collected randomly to observe the changes of CS after the operation.Results 1 month postoperatively,mesopic CS decreased in low spatial frequencies (3 cycle/degree),medium spatial frequencies (6and 12 cycle/degree) and high spatial frequencies (18 cycle/degree).6 months postoperatively,low spatial frequencies of CS restored to the preoperative level,but medium and high spatial frequencies of CS could not restore to the preoperative level.All CS with glare were lower than CS without glare preoperatively and 1 month,3 months and 6 months postoperatively.Conclusion CS under mesopic conditions reduces after LASIK for high myopia.Only low spatial frequencies CS can restore to the preoperative level at 6 months postoperatively.Glare has influence on CS.
