目的 总结胸背动脉穿支带蒂皮瓣修复前臂残端创面临床应用结果. 方法 2001年9月至2006年5月,应用胸背动脉穿支带蒂皮瓣修复5例同侧前臂残端软组织缺损.其中男4例,女1例,年龄20~44岁(平均37岁).右侧3例,左侧2例.皮瓣切取范围:30 cm×9 cm~40 cm×9 cm,平均34 cm×9 cm. 结果 1例术后发生小的受区切口表浅感染,经换药逐渐愈合,改良的穿支皮瓣全部成活,术后经过顺利,随访1.5~5.0年,平均2.8年.受区外形满意,没有发现明显的供区功能障碍,取得了较满意的效果. 结论该皮瓣以胸背动脉穿支为血供,具有血供丰富,血管解剖恒定,血管蒂长以及皮瓣较薄等优点,带蒂移植适宜修复同侧前臂软组织缺损.
目的 總結胸揹動脈穿支帶蒂皮瓣脩複前臂殘耑創麵臨床應用結果. 方法 2001年9月至2006年5月,應用胸揹動脈穿支帶蒂皮瓣脩複5例同側前臂殘耑軟組織缺損.其中男4例,女1例,年齡20~44歲(平均37歲).右側3例,左側2例.皮瓣切取範圍:30 cm×9 cm~40 cm×9 cm,平均34 cm×9 cm. 結果 1例術後髮生小的受區切口錶淺感染,經換藥逐漸愈閤,改良的穿支皮瓣全部成活,術後經過順利,隨訪1.5~5.0年,平均2.8年.受區外形滿意,沒有髮現明顯的供區功能障礙,取得瞭較滿意的效果. 結論該皮瓣以胸揹動脈穿支為血供,具有血供豐富,血管解剖恆定,血管蒂長以及皮瓣較薄等優點,帶蒂移植適宜脩複同側前臂軟組織缺損.
목적 총결흉배동맥천지대체피판수복전비잔단창면림상응용결과. 방법 2001년9월지2006년5월,응용흉배동맥천지대체피판수복5례동측전비잔단연조직결손.기중남4례,녀1례,년령20~44세(평균37세).우측3례,좌측2례.피판절취범위:30 cm×9 cm~40 cm×9 cm,평균34 cm×9 cm. 결과 1례술후발생소적수구절구표천감염,경환약축점유합,개량적천지피판전부성활,술후경과순리,수방1.5~5.0년,평균2.8년.수구외형만의,몰유발현명현적공구공능장애,취득료교만의적효과. 결론해피판이흉배동맥천지위혈공,구유혈공봉부,혈관해부항정,혈관체장이급피판교박등우점,대체이식괄의수복동측전비연조직결손.
Objective To summarize our clinical experience of repairing soft-tissue defects on the forearm stump with a pedicled flap of thoraeodorsal artery perforator. Methods From September 2001 to May 2006, 5 patients (4 males and 1 female) with soft tissue defects on the ipsilateral forearm stump under-went reconstruction with a pedicled flap of thoracodorsal artery perforator. Their ages ranged from 20 to 44 (mean, 37) years. Three cases had their right forearms affected and 2 had their left. The sizes of flap har-vested ranged from 30 cm×9 cm to 40 cm×9 cm (mean, 34 cm×9 cm). Results One case sustained minor superficial infection postoperatively at the recipient site, which healed gradually after daily wound dressing. All the flaps survived completely and uneventfully with satisfactory clinical results. Follow-ups ranged from 15 to 5.0 (mean, 2.8) years. There was no remarkable donor site morbidity. All the cases had good appearance at the recipient site. Conclusion As a thin flap pedicled with thoraeodorsal artery perforator seems to have rich blood supply, a constant vascular anatomy and a long vascular pedicle, it is suitable for repairing soft tissue defects on the ipsilateral forearm.
