目的：探讨抗自由基药物对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗作用。方法：选择近期(就诊前2个月内)未经其他药物及手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者28例，联合应用抗自由基药物(尼莫地平、VitE、VitC、地塞米松)治疗1～2个疗程(每个疗程7天)。结果：病人症状明显改善。改善率平均为72.9%，疗效优良率89.3%，平均随访10个月。无复发或加重。结论：这间接表明腰椎间盘突出所造成的慢性神经根损伤发病机制与自由基改变有密切关系，临床上可以应用抗自由基药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症，改善或消除症状，阻止继发行损害的发生。
목적：탐토항자유기약물대요추간반돌출증적치료작용。방법：선택근기(취진전2개월내)미경기타약물급수술치료적요추간반돌출증환자28례，연합응용항자유기약물(니막지평、VitE、VitC、지새미송)치료1～2개료정(매개료정7천)。결과：병인증상명현개선。개선솔평균위72.9%，료효우량솔89.3%，평균수방10개월。무복발혹가중。결론：저간접표명요추간반돌출소조성적만성신경근손상발병궤제여자유기개변유밀절관계，림상상가이응용항자유기약물치료요추간반돌출증，개선혹소제증상，조지계발행손해적발생。
Objective:To discuss the treatment of anti-free radical medicine for the lumbar disc protrusion.Method:28 patients suffered from disc protrusion were selected for the treatment of anti-free radical medicine(nimodopine,dexamethasone,Vit C,Vit E)for 1～2 courses (7 days in one course).Result:After follow-up for average 10 months,symptoms of all the 28 patients were significantly improved.The results showed that the clinical excellent and good rate were 89.3%.Conclusion:The pathogenic mechanism of lumbar disc protrusion has a close relationship with the change of free radical in vivo.The anti-free radical medicine can stop the secondary damage and improve the clinical symptoms.
