[目的] 为找出防治杨干象的简便高效的施药方法.[方法] 以北京杨和I-214杨为供试树种,采用不同方法施用2.5%溴氰菊酯防治杨干象并比较其防治效果.[结果] 水剂注射法对供试杨树中杨干象幼虫的防治效果均较好;虫体较大时,点涂药油法对杨干象的防治效果不佳,点涂药油封膜法对杨干象的防治效果远好于点涂药油法,但不如水剂注射法.点涂药油封膜法处理的被害杨树的伤口全部愈合完整,点涂药油法处理的被害杨树的伤口只有60%愈合完整.毒环阻隔法处理的被害杨树翌年的杨干象寄生率明显降低且北京杨的杨干象寄生率略低于I-214杨.[结论] 水剂注射法防治杨干象幼虫的效果最好,涂毒环阻隔法防治杨干象成虫的效果较好.
[目的] 為找齣防治楊榦象的簡便高效的施藥方法.[方法] 以北京楊和I-214楊為供試樹種,採用不同方法施用2.5%溴氰菊酯防治楊榦象併比較其防治效果.[結果] 水劑註射法對供試楊樹中楊榦象幼蟲的防治效果均較好;蟲體較大時,點塗藥油法對楊榦象的防治效果不佳,點塗藥油封膜法對楊榦象的防治效果遠好于點塗藥油法,但不如水劑註射法.點塗藥油封膜法處理的被害楊樹的傷口全部愈閤完整,點塗藥油法處理的被害楊樹的傷口隻有60%愈閤完整.毒環阻隔法處理的被害楊樹翌年的楊榦象寄生率明顯降低且北京楊的楊榦象寄生率略低于I-214楊.[結論] 水劑註射法防治楊榦象幼蟲的效果最好,塗毒環阻隔法防治楊榦象成蟲的效果較好.

[Objective] The purpose of the research was to find out a simple and efficient pesticide application method for controlling Cryptorhynchus lapathi Linne. [Method] With Populus × beijingensis W. Y. Hwang et Liang and Populus I-214 as tested tree species, 2.5% deltamethrin was applied by different methods to control C. lapathi and their control effects were compared. [Result] The control effects of injecting water reagent on larval C. lapathi in tested poplar trees were better. When its body was bigger, the control effect of adhesively dispensing pesticide oil on C. lapathi was bad and that of adhesively dispensing pesticide oil and sealing film was far better than that of adhesively dispensing pesticide oil, but worse than that of injecting water reagent. All the wounds on the damaged poplar trees treated by adhesively dispensing pesticide oil and sealing film were healed completely and there were only 60% wounds healed completely on the damaged poplar trees treated by adhesively dispensing pesticide oil. The parasitic rates of C. lapathi in the next year in the damaged poplar trees treated by obstructing with toxic ring were decreased obviously and that in Populus × beijingensis was a little lower than that in Populus I-214. [Conclusion] The control effect of injecting water reagent on larval C. lapathi was best and that of obstructing with toxic ring on adult C. lapathi was better.
