本实验以赖氨酸改性壳聚糖为研究对象,对赖氨酸对壳聚糖的改性进行研究。改变壳聚糖与赖氨酸的质量比研究其改性效果。差示扫描量热分析、红外光谱表征以及水溶性试验表明赖氨酸改性壳聚糖是成功的。赖氨酸与壳聚糖的比例为3:1的时,改性较好。赖氨酸改性后的壳聚糖其水溶性显著提高。

Lysine modified chitosan was prepared and characterized in the study. A series of reaction parameters, such as ratio of lysine and chitosan, were tested. The lysine grafted chitosan was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry, and the water-soluable ability of lysine grafted chitosan also was tested. The results showed that lysine grafted chitosan was synthesized successfully and the optimal reaction parameters were as following: the ratio of lysine and chitosan was 3 : 1. After lysine modified, the water-soluable ability of chitosan was improved significantly.
