提供了一种快速测量羊毛纤维集合体及其他纤维集合体水份含量的测量方法.该方法基于烘箱干燥法设备进行改进,在原仪器上增加力传感器实施实时采集,并从水份质量测量上进行了原理改进,可实现水份含量的快速测量.基于所测量的实验结果进行理论分析与建模.实验结果表明,水份蒸发与时间呈非线性的指数函数关系.实测结果与理论预测结果具有较好的一致性.本改进方法可有效客观测量纤维集合体的水份含量,且测试结果不超过10min,可有助于纤维材料吸湿性能的研究与产品设计.

A method of measure water content of wool fibre assembly quickly was presented, and the drying oven was modified to dry fibre assembly by improving the drying principle and the weighing way by the weighting sensor. The theory modelling of water content of materials measured was analysed and modelled. The experimental had been conducted, and the results existed good accordance with theoretical prediction value and can be predicted by the theoretical model. It is indicated that the method is an effective test method in testing water content of wool fiber assemble, and the corresponding method to provide water content is fast and the test time is no more than 10 min. The method is helpful in designing and celebrating standard method for hydrophilic behavior.
