在盆栽条件下,研究了丁二酸浸种对玉米叶片光合色素含量及其相关酶活性的影响.结果表明,丁二酸不同浓度提高了玉米叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量及Chla/Chlb值;增强了硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,而降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量.在所有处理中以T3(300 mg/L)效应最为显著.
在盆栽條件下,研究瞭丁二痠浸種對玉米葉片光閤色素含量及其相關酶活性的影響.結果錶明,丁二痠不同濃度提高瞭玉米葉片中葉綠素a、葉綠素b、類鬍蘿蔔素含量及Chla/Chlb值;增彊瞭硝痠還原酶(NR)、穀氨酰胺閤成酶(GS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和過氧化物酶(POD)的活性,而降低瞭丙二醛(MDA)含量.在所有處理中以T3(300 mg/L)效應最為顯著.
재분재조건하,연구료정이산침충대옥미협편광합색소함량급기상관매활성적영향.결과표명,정이산불동농도제고료옥미협편중협록소a、협록소b、류호라복소함량급Chla/Chlb치;증강료초산환원매(NR)、곡안선알합성매(GS)、초양화물기화매(SOD)화과양화물매(POD)적활성,이강저료병이철(MDA)함량.재소유처리중이T3(300 mg/L)효응최위현저.
With the pot experiments, effects of soaking seeds with succinic acid on the photosynthetic pigment content and enzyme activity in maize leaves were studied in this paper. The results showed that the suitable concentration of suc-cinic acid could increase the content of photosynthetic pigment in leaves.The activity of nitrate reductase(NR) ,glutamine synthetase(GS) , superoxide dismutase( SOD) , peroxidas (POD) was enhanced. However, the content of maloaldehyde (MDA) in functional leaves was lower than that of control.The concentration of succinic acid was the best when treated with T3 (300 mg/L).
