将碳酸氢铵-二乙三胺五乙酸(AB-DTPA)提取重金属生物有效态的方法应用于重金属污染土壤修复的模拟试验中,该土壤的污染元素主要是铜、锌和镉,试验所用修复材料是钠化膨润土.研究表明,AB-DTPA提取法具有很好的稳定性,而且能准确指示铜、锌、镉元素在土壤中的有效态含量,同时AB-DTPA对土壤中铜、锌、镉元素的提取率也适用于模拟试验中修复效果的平行对比.AB-DTPA提取法在重金属污染土壤修复模拟试验中的应用是可行的.
將碳痠氫銨-二乙三胺五乙痠(AB-DTPA)提取重金屬生物有效態的方法應用于重金屬汙染土壤脩複的模擬試驗中,該土壤的汙染元素主要是銅、鋅和鎘,試驗所用脩複材料是鈉化膨潤土.研究錶明,AB-DTPA提取法具有很好的穩定性,而且能準確指示銅、鋅、鎘元素在土壤中的有效態含量,同時AB-DTPA對土壤中銅、鋅、鎘元素的提取率也適用于模擬試驗中脩複效果的平行對比.AB-DTPA提取法在重金屬汙染土壤脩複模擬試驗中的應用是可行的.

In this study, ammonium bicarbonate-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (AB-DTPA) was applied to extract bioavailability of heavy metals in remediation simulation experiments of heavy metal-contaminated soils. The contaminated elements were Cu, Zn and Cd. The remediation material used in this study was Na-bentonite. The study showed that AB-DTPA extraction method was stable, and could accurately indicate the bioavailability contents of Cu, Zn and Cd in soil. The extraction rate of Cu, Zn and Cd in soil with AB-DTPA was appropriate for the parallel comparation of remediation effect in simulation experiments. AB-DTPA extraction method can be applied to the remediation simulation experiments of heavy metal contaminated soil.
