以正戊醇和从二羧酸中分离出的戊二酸酐为原料,以硅钨杂多酸为催化剂进行酯化反应,合成戊二酸二正戊酯。考察醇酐比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、带水剂对酯化反应的影响,确定合成戊二酸二正戊酯的工艺条件:醇酐摩尔比2.5∶1、反应温度140 ℃、反应时间90 min、催化剂用量为体系总量的0.22%、甲苯10 mL,酯化率达96%。
以正戊醇和從二羧痠中分離齣的戊二痠酐為原料,以硅鎢雜多痠為催化劑進行酯化反應,閤成戊二痠二正戊酯。攷察醇酐比、反應溫度、反應時間、催化劑用量、帶水劑對酯化反應的影響,確定閤成戊二痠二正戊酯的工藝條件:醇酐摩爾比2.5∶1、反應溫度140 ℃、反應時間90 min、催化劑用量為體繫總量的0.22%、甲苯10 mL,酯化率達96%。

The diamyl glutarate was synthesized by esterification of n-amyl alcohol and glutaric anhydride separated from dicarboxylic acid by catalysis of silicotungstic acid. The effects of molar ratio of alcohol/anhydride, the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the amount of the catalyst used were investigated. The conditions of synthesis were determined as follows: molar ratio of alcohol/anhydride 2.5∶1, reaction temperature 140 ℃,reaction time 90 min, catalyst amount 0.22% (based on the total mass of reaction system), toluene 10 mL. The esterification rate of the above reaction was up to 96%.
