目的 为了更有效模仿临床脑缺血后发生抽搐的情况,深入研究缺血性脑损伤,在成年大鼠建立一种缺血诱发的抽搐模型.方法 分离双侧颈总动脉和双侧椎动脉,将动物体温保持在39.5~40.5℃之间,用小动脉夹依次夹闭上述四条动脉15 min,在恢复血流后动物继续维持在此温度15 min,然后移至室温.对照组大鼠仅接受手术,不做缺血处理;利用行为学观察法、组织病理学方法和脑电监护法评价两组实验动物清醒后的差异.结果 接受缺血处理的大鼠100%发生了抽搐,海马细胞广泛受损,脑电图显示大鼠发生抽搐;对照组大鼠未见异常.结论 该方法是一种简便易行的可靠的使大鼠发生脑缺血后抽搐的模型操作方法.

Objective To establish a cerebral ischemia-induced seizures model in mature SD rats and probe into the ischemic brain injury.Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into two groups,sham group and ischemia-induced epilepsy group.The rats of the ischemia-induced epilepsy group were exposed to 4-vessel occlusion when the body temperature was heated at 39.5 ℃ to 40.5 ℃.The rats of sham group underwent the same procedures with the exception of the occlusion.The rat condition of two groups was evaluated and compared statistically.Results All the rats of epilepsy group showed a significantly stable,symmetrical pycnosis charges in bilateral hippocampus and cortexes; seizure activity was scored by seizure rating scale and electroencephalograph.Conclusion This model is a stable and easy getting method for acute ischemia-induced seizures or even a model for the severe brain ischemia injury.
