目的 评价十堰市实施世界银行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目实施效果.方法 对湖北省十堰市2002-2008年结核病控制项目工作报表和人口资料进行统计分析.结果 通过健康促进工作,加强与综合医院协作,患者发现途径发生变化,患者发现率和治愈率超过<中国结核病防治工作实施指南>的要求.2002-2008年新报告痰涂片阳性(涂阳)者共11 639例,复治涂阳者1851例,平均涂阳检出率36.90%,平均涂阳登记率为56.02/10万,初冶涂阳患者治愈率为94.23%,复治涂阳患者治愈率为88.01%.结论 该项目的实施提高了肺结核患者的发现率和治愈率,肺结核传染源得到有效控制,十堰市结核病控制项目取得了预期效果.

Objective To assess the tuberculosis (TB) control project loaned bv worldbank and donated by United Kingdom. Methods The work report forms and local population data from 2002 to 2008 in Shiyan were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Through the health promotion and strengthening collaboration with general hospital, the way of TB patient discovery changed, the patient discovery rate and the cure rate surpassed the request. During 2002-2008, 11 639 cases of new smear positive TB cases and 1851 cases of re treatment smear positive TB cases were reported,the average rate of smear positive picked out reached 36.90%, average registration rate of new smear positive were 56.02/100 000, and average cure rate for new smear positive were 94.23%, average cure rate for retreatment smear positive were 88.01%. Conclusions The project has improved TB detection and cure rates, the transmission of TB is effectively under control, the project in Shiyan has obtained anticipated effects.
