目的 探讨急性白血病(AL)血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在不同时期的变化及其意义.方法 采用全自动生化检测仪测定40例急性白血病患者治疗前、治疗后、缓解(CR)、持续缓解(CCR)时期、部分缓解(PR),无效(NR)和复发的LDH水平,并与正常对照组40例进行比较,分析LDH水平与白血病各时期的的关系.结果 在急性自血病治疗前,LDH水平升高率达到92.5%,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01),当CR后LDH水平下降至正常的比例达到100%,在CCR时期亦持续下降,仅有1例LDH水平升高,仅占5.26%,与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但在部分缓解(PR)患者中LDH水平升高的比例仍有80%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而无效及复发病人血清LDH水平均升高,占100%,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 血清LDH可作为判断成人急性白血病病情的一个敏感指标,在不同时期追踪检测血清LDH值对临床及时了解病情变化有指导意义.
目的 探討急性白血病(AL)血清乳痠脫氫酶(LDH)在不同時期的變化及其意義.方法 採用全自動生化檢測儀測定40例急性白血病患者治療前、治療後、緩解(CR)、持續緩解(CCR)時期、部分緩解(PR),無效(NR)和複髮的LDH水平,併與正常對照組40例進行比較,分析LDH水平與白血病各時期的的關繫.結果 在急性自血病治療前,LDH水平升高率達到92.5%,與對照組比較差異有極顯著性(P<0.01),噹CR後LDH水平下降至正常的比例達到100%,在CCR時期亦持續下降,僅有1例LDH水平升高,僅佔5.26%,與對照組比較差異無顯著性(P>0.05),但在部分緩解(PR)患者中LDH水平升高的比例仍有80%,與對照組比較差異有顯著性(P<0.05),而無效及複髮病人血清LDH水平均升高,佔100%,與對照組比較差異有極顯著性(P<0.01).結論 血清LDH可作為判斷成人急性白血病病情的一箇敏感指標,在不同時期追蹤檢測血清LDH值對臨床及時瞭解病情變化有指導意義.

Objective To study the change of serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and its clinical significance in acute leukemia (AL). Methods Serum LDH levels were detected in 40 patients with acute leukemia patients during the period of post-treatment, complete remission (CR), continuous complete remission (CCR) partial remission (PR), and relapse. The results were compared with those from the control group. The association of LDH levels with different phases of AL was analzyed. Results Before treatment, LDH level increased in 92.5% of the patients, the difference was significant as compared with the control group (P<0.01). In the phase of CR, LDH level decreased to normal. In the phase of CCR, LDH continued to decline, but no significance was found between the study group and the control group. While in the phase of PR, LDH level was still elevated,the difference was significant as compared with the control group (P< 0.05). In the relapse phase, LDH level was elevated, the difference was significance (P<0.01). Conclusions Serum LDH could be used as a sensitive indicator in assessing the state of acute leukemia. LDHdetection at different phases of leukemia has guiding significance of promptly understanding the disease course.
