目的 研究放疗总时间对宫颈癌疗效的影响.方法 观察38例Ⅱb～Ⅲa期宫颈鳞癌患者做根治性放疗内外照射治疗总时间,并对其局部复发率及5年生存率进行随访.结果 治疗时间≤62d的局部控制率明显高于治疗时间＞62 d的患者,5年生存率前者为75.86％,后者为55.56％,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 宫颈癌放射治疗总时间越长,局部复发率越高,5年生存率也明显降低.

Objective To study the effect of total radiation time on cervical cancer.Methods The total external and intemal radiation time of 38 patients with Ⅱb-Ⅲa stage cervical cancer underwent radical radiotherapy was observed,and its five-year survival rate and local recurrence rate were followedup.Results The local control rate of patients with radiation time less or equal to 62 days was obviously higher than that of patients with radiation time more than 62 days,the former five-year survival rate was 75.86％,and the latter was 55.56％,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions The longer the total time of radiation therapy of cervical cancer,the higher the rate of local recurrence was,and five-year survival is also significantly reduced.
