目的 研究唐古特大黄的化学成分.方法 采用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,应用质谱、核磁等技术确定化合物的结构.结果 从唐古特大黄的根和根茎中分离得到β-谷甾醇、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄酸、大黄素等20个化合物.结论 4'-羟基苯基-2-丁酮(9)、4'-羟基苯基-2-丁酮-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-桂皮酰基-6"-O-没食子酰基)-葡萄糖苷(12) 和4'-羟基苯基-2-丁酮-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-没食子酰基-6"-O-(4"'-羟基)-桂皮酰基)-葡萄糖苷(13)为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
目的 研究唐古特大黃的化學成分.方法 採用多種色譜技術進行分離純化,應用質譜、覈磁等技術確定化閤物的結構.結果 從唐古特大黃的根和根莖中分離得到β-穀甾醇、大黃酚、蘆薈大黃素、大黃素甲醚、大黃痠、大黃素等20箇化閤物.結論 4'-羥基苯基-2-丁酮(9)、4'-羥基苯基-2-丁酮-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-桂皮酰基-6"-O-沒食子酰基)-葡萄糖苷(12) 和4'-羥基苯基-2-丁酮-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-沒食子酰基-6"-O-(4"'-羥基)-桂皮酰基)-葡萄糖苷(13)為首次從該種植物中分離得到.
목적 연구당고특대황적화학성분.방법 채용다충색보기술진행분리순화,응용질보、핵자등기술학정화합물적결구.결과 종당고특대황적근화근경중분리득도β-곡치순、대황분、호회대황소、대황소갑미、대황산、대황소등20개화합물.결론 4'-간기분기-2-정동(9)、4'-간기분기-2-정동-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-계피선기-6"-O-몰식자선기)-포도당감(12) 화4'-간기분기-2-정동-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-몰식자선기-6"-O-(4"'-간기)-계피선기)-포도당감(13)위수차종해충식물중분리득도.
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the root and rhizome of Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by many chromatographic methods, and their structures were elucidated by MS, NMR, and others. Results Twenty compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin, physcion, rhein, emodin, etc. Conclusion Among these compounds, 4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone, 4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-cinnamoyl-6"-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside and 4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone-4'-O-β-D-(2"-O-galloyl-6"-O-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside were isolated from the root and rhizome of Rheum tanguticum for the first time.
