With the development course of molecular marker technique, we began with an overview of plant hybridization origin, then introduced several identification methods of hybridization species. Finally, introgression, genetic variation and recombination, gene flows, adaptive evolution, nature choice and reinforcement which caused by plant hybridization were summarized as well as their influences in the forming process of new species.
