探讨纺织企业工序质量控制的途经和方法.从企业实际出发,提出并分析论述了络筒在线质量检测、运用质量控制图表和针对使用需求开展工序质量控制等3种工序质量控制方法.通过充分利用现有测试资源,特别是要注意对日常存在的大量测试数据利用科学控制图表进行分析,可提高工序质量控制的及时性、科学性和有效性,使工序质量始终处于受控状态,使产品质量得到不断改进和提高.指出:工序质量控制是企业加强管理、提高产品质量、适应市场竞争的一个重要方面.

Approach and methods of textile enterprise process quality control were discussed.From enterprise actual conditions,three process quality control methods were put forward and analysed i.e.winding online quality detection,using quality control diagram and using process quality control according to demands.Through making full use of existing test resource,especially daily existing test parameter should be paid attention and analysed by scientific control diagram,timeliness,scientificalness and effectiveness of process quality control could be improved,which could keep process quality under control and improve product quality continuously.It is pointed out that process quality control is an important aspect of enterprise strengthening management,improving product quality and fitting market competition.
