目的探讨老年男性酒依赖者的暴力行为及影响因素.方法采用随机抽样的方法,运用冲动行为量表(IBS)调查男性酒依赖患者暴力行为的情况并进行相关因素分析.结果与正常组相比,老年男性酒依赖患者冲动行为量表分数存在显著性差异.父或母有酒滥用或依赖、初次饮酒年龄早、饮酒频繁、每次饮酒量多、童年有遭受躯体虐待史、对社会支持利用差为男性酒依赖患者施暴行为的高危因素.结论生存环境差的老年男性酒依赖患者暴力行为更明显.

Objective To study influencing factors of alcohol dependence in elderly male patients with assaultive behavior. Methods A cross-sectional study was respectively conducted among male patients of alcohol dependence. The cluster sampling method was based on the impulsive behavior scale (IBS). Results The scores of IBS of elderly male alcohol dependence patients had significant difference compared with those in the common male patients. Family history of alcohol abuse, the first time as early as age drinking, drinking frequency, the amount of alcohol use each time, more affected by childhood physical abuse, poor actual familial adaptation were the high risk factors of abuse actions, Personality characteristics of low neuroticism, low motivation impulsive, good quality of marriage had protective effect to avoid the occurrence of their violence. Conclusions The assaultive behavior is very obviously in short of habits with alcohol dependence of male patients.
