利用有限元软件ANSYS对中厚板的双丝埋弧焊进行了数值分析,对其移动热源的加载算法规律进行了研究.在参考比较相关文献的基础上,改进了焊接几何模型并设计了新的移动热源计算加载算法.利用ANSYS的二次开发技术编写了双丝移动热源的计算加载程序,充分利用数组运算并抛弃了加载过程中多重循环语句的计算模式,改善了模拟计算的效率.最后,通过实验验证了此算法正确可行.
利用有限元軟件ANSYS對中厚闆的雙絲埋弧銲進行瞭數值分析,對其移動熱源的加載算法規律進行瞭研究.在參攷比較相關文獻的基礎上,改進瞭銲接幾何模型併設計瞭新的移動熱源計算加載算法.利用ANSYS的二次開髮技術編寫瞭雙絲移動熱源的計算加載程序,充分利用數組運算併拋棄瞭加載過程中多重循環語句的計算模式,改善瞭模擬計算的效率.最後,通過實驗驗證瞭此算法正確可行.

By finite element software ANSYS,the process of twin-wire submerged arc welding was performed and the role of calculafion and loading of mobile heat source was studied.Compared with similar literature.the geometric model was improved and new algorithm of heat load was designed.By the ANSYS of secondary development,the calculation and loading of heat source was improved by using array operation instead of multiple cyclic in the load process,the efficiency of the simulation calculation improves.Finally,the experiments verify that the algorithm is feasible and correct.
