基于文献研究和逻辑推理，探讨了企业．既有知识资产与企业创新发展之间的关系。得出以下推论和假设：企业既有知识资产对持续性创新和以外部市场为目标的破坏性创新具有推动作用；企业既有的高嵌入性知识资产以及与之密切相关的低嵌入性知识资产对以企业自身市场为目标的破坏性创新具有阻碍作用，用于防御外部破坏性创新的既有低嵌入性知识资产对以企业自身市场为目标的破坏性创新具有推动作用；环境动荡性和独占性以及企业吸收能力对上述影响关系具有调节作用。
基于文獻研究和邏輯推理，探討瞭企業．既有知識資產與企業創新髮展之間的關繫。得齣以下推論和假設：企業既有知識資產對持續性創新和以外部市場為目標的破壞性創新具有推動作用；企業既有的高嵌入性知識資產以及與之密切相關的低嵌入性知識資產對以企業自身市場為目標的破壞性創新具有阻礙作用，用于防禦外部破壞性創新的既有低嵌入性知識資產對以企業自身市場為目標的破壞性創新具有推動作用；環境動盪性和獨佔性以及企業吸收能力對上述影響關繫具有調節作用。

Based on the literature research and the logical reasoning, this paper discusses the relationship between existing knowledge asset and enterprise＇s innovational development. And it draws the following inferences and assumptions： enterprise＇s existing knowledge asset could pro- mote the sustaining innovation and the disruptive innovation targeted on external market;both high-embedded knowledge asset and low-embed- ded knowledge asset related closely to the former could hinder the disruptive innovation targeted on enterprise＇s own market,but the low-embed- ded knowledge asset against external disruptive innovation could promote the disruptive innovation targeted on enterprise＇s own market;these influences are regulated by the turbulence as well as the appropriability of environment and enterprisers absorptive capacity.
