背量:茯苓银花合剂(海尔福)口服液是右江民族医学院海尔福研制中心用中草药制成,曾对贵州省氟病区地方性氟中毒患者进行试验,结果排氟效果明显,但对工业性氟中毒患者生化指标变化及排毒机制尚缺乏系统观察.目的:观察高氟环境作业工人服用茯苓银花合剂(海尔福口服液)前后血清生化指标的变化,以验证其防治效果.设计:以诊断为依据的病例对照研究.地点、对象和方法:在广西百色市某化工厂(氟化盐生产)接触高氟作业工人服用茯苓银花合剂160名工人中,抽检30名工人(实验组),并测定其血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alani aminotransferase,AlT)、丙二醛、氟、尿素等,进行治疗前后对比,并与非接触氟作业者(对照组)进行比较.主要观察指标:①两组工人血尿生化指标比较.②实验组服药前后血清后化指标比较.结果:实验组血氟、尿氟、ALT、丙二醛、血尿素均明显高于对照组(t=3.466~6.240,P<0.001).实验组服药后血清ALT[(0.266±0.152)μkat/L]、丙二醛[(5.13±1.44)μmol/L]较服药前[(1.156±0.399)μkat/L,(14.53±9.84)μmol/L]明显降低(t=6.312,4.148,P<0.001),血清氟变化不明显(P>0.05).结论:茯苓银花合剂口服液对高氟作业工人有明显保护肝脏功能和抗氧化作用.

BACKGROUD:Poria colos-yinhua compound liquid (Haierfu Oral liquid), a product made of Chinese herbs is produced by Haierfu research and manufacture center of Youjiang Medical College of Nationalities.It has an obvious effect of clearing away fluorine when it is used in the test for endemic fluorine poisoned cases in the area of fluorine-related diseases in Guizhou province.But we lack a systematical observation on the changes of biochemical indexes and the toxicant-discharged mechanism of industrial fluorine poisoned cases.OBJECTIVE:To confirm the prevention and treatment effect of Haierfu Oral liquid by making an observation on the changes of serum biochemical indexes in workers who were exposed to a high level of fluorine before and after being given Haierfu Oral liquid.DESIGN:A contrast study was taken according to diagnosis.SETTING, PARTICIPANTS and INTERVENTIONS:Thirty cases (experiment group) were selected from 160 workers who were exposed to a high level of fluorine in the chemistry factory(producing fluorine salt) of Baise city in Guangxi.All of the 160 workers were given Haierfu oral liquid.Serum alanie aminotransferase (AlT), methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), ion F(F- ), urea and other indexs of the experiment group were tested and comparison was made before and after taking the medicine.Non-fluorine exposed workers were selected as control group and comparison with experiment group was made.Comparison of serum biochemical indexes of experiment group before and after taking the medicine was made.RESULTS:Blood F -, urine F-and MDA of experiment group were obvious higher than those of control group( t = 3.466-6.240, P < 0.001 ).Before and after taking the medicine, serum ALT of experiment group were [(1.156±0.399) μkat/L] and[(0.266±0.152) μkat/L]; MDAwere [(14.53±9.84) μmol/L] and[(5.13±1.44) μmol/L] respectively.Serum ALT and MDA content decreased significantly after taking Haierfu Oral liquid( t = 6.312, 4.148, P < 0.001 ).Drop of blood F-was not apparent ( P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:Haierfu Oral liquid has an obvious effect of the protecting the liver function and resisting oxidation in workers who are exposed to high level fluorine.
