设计制作了用于EAST托卡马克装置水平窗口的基于CdTe探头的硬X射线诊断单元.经与EAST联机试验运行,结果表明,该诊断单元设计原理正确,空间分辨率精度及辐射屏蔽达到设计目标,能够满足测量20keV~200keY能量范围等离子体的硬X射线韧致辐射的要求.

A new CdTe probe-based horizontal hard X-ray diagnostic unit was developed according to horizontal tangent array,with which an on-line trial run was done for the horizontal windows of the EAST or HT-7U tokamak.The results showed that the diagnostic unit is designed on a correct operating principle,and its high spatial resolution and radiation shield both attain the target the design required,ie.,they are able to meet the requirements for measuring the x-ray bremsstrahlung of plasma in the energy range from 20 to 200keV.
