The air flotation/Fe-C aeration/Fenton oxidation/UASB/bio-contact oxidation process was used to treat the high-concentration petrochemical wastewater. The start-up and operation situation of the system are introduced. The project practice indicates that this combined process has a good removal efficiency of COD and color. The treated effluent quality can meet the first level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996).
