[目的]探讨不同基因型水稻的抗性机理.[方法]通过盆栽试验研究了有机酸和EDTA对镉污染土壤上水稻生理生化指标的影响.[结果]单独和混合施加有机酸和EDTA均显著提高了镉污染土壤上水稻的SOD活性,其POD、CAT活性和MDA含量均比镉污染对照显著降低.添加有机酸和EDTA分别使低镉污染土壤中秀水63 MDA含量比低镉对照降低了7.5%和16.4%.加入有机酸和EDTA后,水稻体内游离脯氨酸含量高于镉污染对照且相同处理下Ⅱ优527体内的游离脯氨酸含量高于秀水63.秀水63的根系活力的变化比Ⅱ优527小.在低镉污染处理中,有机酸和EDTA的添加降低了水稻的根系活力;在高镉污染处理中,仅有机酸的添加显著提高了水稻的根系活力.[结论]有机酸和EDTA能显著降低水稻POD和CAT活性及MDA含量,并增加SOD活性.

[Objective] The purpose of the research was to discuss the resistant mechanism of rice with different genotypes. [Method] The effects of organic acid and EDTA on the physiological and biochemical indices of rice in cadmium (Cd)-contaminated soil were researched through potting experiments. [Result] The activities of SOD in the rice in cadmium (Cd)-contaminated soil were enhanced significantly by using organic acid and EDTA separately and their mixture and the activities of POD and CAT and content of MDA in the rice were decreased significantly in comparison with that of Cd-contaminated controls. Compared with low Cd-contaminated controls, MDA contents of Xiushui63 in low Cd-contaminated soil were decreased by 7.5% and 16.4% resp. by using adding organic acid and EDTA. After the organic acid and EDTA were added, the content of free proline in rice was higher than that of Cd-contaminated controls and that in ⅡYou527 was higher than that in Xiushui63 in the same treatments. The change of root activity of Xiushui63 was less than that of ⅡYou527. In low Cd-contaminated treatments, the root activity of rice was decreased by adding organic acid and EDTA. In high Cd-contaminated treatments, the root activity of rice was enhanced significantly only by adding organic acid. [Conclusion] The activities of POD and CAT and the content of MDA in rice could be decreased significantly and its activity of SOD could be increased by using organic acid and EDTA.
