采用酪素平板、纤维蛋白平板的初筛和摇瓶复筛的方法从205株海洋微生物中筛选得到4株纤溶酶活性较强的菌株,其中菌株B5815产纤溶酶活性最高,平均达258 IU/mL.通过对菌株B5815的形态特征、生理生化特性的测定及16S rDNA序列分析,综合鉴定其为短小芽胞杆菌(Bacillus pumilus).
採用酪素平闆、纖維蛋白平闆的初篩和搖瓶複篩的方法從205株海洋微生物中篩選得到4株纖溶酶活性較彊的菌株,其中菌株B5815產纖溶酶活性最高,平均達258 IU/mL.通過對菌株B5815的形態特徵、生理生化特性的測定及16S rDNA序列分析,綜閤鑒定其為短小芽胞桿菌(Bacillus pumilus).

Four strains with highly fibrolytic activity were screened adopting casein and fibrin plate and shaking flask from 205 marine microbes, among them strain B5815 had the highest fibrolytic activity at 258 IU/mL. And it was comprehensively characterized as Bacillus pumilus according to its morphic, physiological, biochemical features, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.
