[目的]探明不同棉花副产物培养基对灵芝菌丝体生长的影响.[方法]以棉籽壳、棉杆为主要培养基,采用试管斜面培养方法研究了不同培养基对灵芝菌种A和R生长的影响.[结果]以棉籽壳为主要培养基配方中,菌株A的最适配方为棉籽壳90%、麸皮8%、石膏1%、白糖1%;菌株R的最适配方为棉籽壳85%、麸皮13%、石膏1%、白糖1%.以棉秆为主要培养基配方中,菌株A、R的最适配方为棉秆90%、麸皮8%、石膏1%、白糖1%.[结论]以棉杆为培养基的灵芝日均生长速度均高于以棉籽壳为培养基配方的灵芝;在同一培养基配方中,菌种A除在棉籽壳配方2外,在其余培养基中日均生长速度均高于菌种R.相对于菌种R,菌种A更适合应用于生产.

[Objective]The research aimed to discuss the effect of different cotton by-products on the mycelial growth of Ganoderma lucidum.[Method]Effect of different culture medium based on cotton stalk and cotton seed hulls on the mycelial growth of Ganoderma lucidum A and R strains were studied. [Result]The results showed that optimum formula of A strain was cotton seed hulls 90%, bran 8%, plaster 1%,sugar 1% and optimum formula R strain was cotton seed hulls 85%, bran 13%, plaster 1%,sugar 1% in the culture medium based on cotton seed hulls.The optimum formula of A and R strains was cotton stalk 90%,bran8%, plaster1%,sugar1% in the culture medium based on cotton stalk. [Conclusion]Ganoderma lucidum A and R strains had higher mean growth speed in culture medium based on cotton stalk than cotton seed hulls;A strain had higher mean growth speed than R strain in the same culture mediums, except the second culture medium based on cotton seed hulls. Compared with R strain,A strain was available to apply in the practical production.
