针对动力厂2χ转炉煤气加压机电机——YB400M-2三相异步电动机在运行及检修过程中屡次发生电机抱轴事故,对该电机及控制该电机的变频器进行分析,找出电机窜轴原因并进行相应处理。采用变频电机能更好的适应变频器的调节以及非工频状态下运行。
針對動力廠2χ轉爐煤氣加壓機電機——YB400M-2三相異步電動機在運行及檢脩過程中屢次髮生電機抱軸事故,對該電機及控製該電機的變頻器進行分析,找齣電機竄軸原因併進行相應處理。採用變頻電機能更好的適應變頻器的調節以及非工頻狀態下運行。

Aiming at times motor axle accidents during operation and maintenance of 2# coal compression machine, and the motor is YB400M-2 three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor and motor drive were analyzed, the causes of the motor axis were identified and the corresponding treatments were advanced. The use of variable frequency motor can better adapt to the frequency regulation and non-state run.
