目的 探讨新疆曼陀罗子生品维吾尔医药学炮制及其炮制品的毒性.方法 维吾尔医药学炮制法制备新疆曼陀罗子炮制品.选用小鼠对新疆曼陀罗子炮制品进行急性毒性及亚急性毒性试验.结果 小鼠对新疆曼陀罗子炮制品最大耐受剂量为32 g(生药)/kg.与对照组比较,新疆曼陀罗子炮制品组第2天血清AST含量升高(P<0.05);第7天、第14天(雄性)小鼠血清ALT含量升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);第2天、第7天、第14天(雌性)小鼠血清BUN含量降低(P<0.05~P<0.01);第2天(雌性)、第7天小鼠血清CRE含量降低(P<0.05~P<0.01).结论 维吾尔医药学炮制方法处理新疆曼陀罗子(生品)能降低其毒性.

목적 탐토신강만타라자생품유오이의약학포제급기포제품적독성.방법 유오이의약학포제법제비신강만타라자포제품.선용소서대신강만타라자포제품진행급성독성급아급성독성시험.결과 소서대신강만타라자포제품최대내수제량위32 g(생약)/kg.여대조조비교,신강만타라자포제품조제2천혈청AST함량승고(P<0.05);제7천、제14천(웅성)소서혈청ALT함량승고(P<0.05,P<0.01);제2천、제7천、제14천(자성)소서혈청BUN함량강저(P<0.05~P<0.01);제2천(자성)、제7천소서혈청CRE함량강저(P<0.05~P<0.01).결론 유오이의약학포제방법처리신강만타라자(생품)능강저기독성.
Objective To explore the progess and toxicity of concocting of Xinjiang datura stramonium L seeds. Methods The concocting of Xinjiang datura stramonium L seeds was preparaed by uighur medicine concocted The mice were selected to carry out acute and subacute toxicity test for the concocting of Xinjiang datura stramonium.L seeds. Results The dose of the concocting of Xinjiang datura stramonium L seeds which mice tolerated was 32 g ( crude drug)/kg. Compared with the control group,the serum AST level of the concocting group increased at 2 d ( P < 0.05 ); At 7 d, 14d the serum ALT level in male mice increased ( P < 0.05, P < 0.01 ); At 2 d,7 d, 14 d the serum BUN level in female mice decreased (P <0.05 ~ P <0.01 ) ;At 2 d,7 d the serum CRE level in female mice decreased ( P < 0.05 ~ P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Uighur medicine concocting could decrease the toxicity of Xinjiang datura stramonium L seeds.
