[目的] 探讨3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯腈对田间杂草的防除效果.[方法] 以自制的3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯腈乳油为供试药剂,通过田间小区试验研究其对玉米地杂草的防除效果.[结果] 施药10 d后,当3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯腈乳油的施药量为600 g/hm~2时,其对单子叶杂草防效为73.2%,远远高于对照药剂;两者对双子叶杂草的防效分别为96.6%和100.0%.施药20 d后,当3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯腈乳油的施药量为300~600 g/hm~2时,其对单子叶杂草的株数和鲜重防效分别为25.0%~70.6%和0~51.8%,对双子叶杂草的株数和鲜重防效分别为21.6%~70.3%和95.9%~99.7%;而对照药剂对双子叶杂草的防效为100.0%.施药40 d后,3,5 -二溴-4-羟基苯腈乳油对单子叶杂草鲜重防效为51.5%~89.2%,对双子叶杂草鲜重防效为93.6%~97.0%.[结论] 在3叶期后使用3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯腈防除玉米地杂草安全有效.

[목적] 탐토3,5-이추-4-간기분정대전간잡초적방제효과.[방법] 이자제적3,5-이추-4-간기분정유유위공시약제,통과전간소구시험연구기대옥미지잡초적방제효과.[결과] 시약10 d후,당3,5-이추-4-간기분정유유적시약량위600 g/hm~2시,기대단자협잡초방효위73.2%,원원고우대조약제;량자대쌍자협잡초적방효분별위96.6%화100.0%.시약20 d후,당3,5-이추-4-간기분정유유적시약량위300~600 g/hm~2시,기대단자협잡초적주수화선중방효분별위25.0%~70.6%화0~51.8%,대쌍자협잡초적주수화선중방효분별위21.6%~70.3%화95.9%~99.7%;이대조약제대쌍자협잡초적방효위100.0%.시약40 d후,3,5 -이추-4-간기분정유유대단자협잡초선중방효위51.5%~89.2%,대쌍자협잡초선중방효위93.6%~97.0%.[결론] 재3협기후사용3,5-이추-4-간기분정방제옥미지잡초안전유효.
[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the control effect of 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzonitrile on the weeds in field. [Method] With self-made 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzonitrile EC as tested herbicide,its control effect on the weeds in maize field was researched through field plot experiment. [Result] After 10 d since herbicide application,when the application dosage of 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzonitrile EC was 600 g/hm~2,its control effect on monocotyledonous weeds was 73.2% and far higher than that of control herbicides; their control effects on dicotyledonous weeds were 96.6% and 100% resp. After 20 d since herbicide application,when the application dosage of 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzonitrile EC was 300-600 g/hm~2,its control effects on the plant number and fresh weight of monocotyledonous weeds were 25.0%-70.6% and 0-51.8% resp. and that on the plant number and fresh weight of dicotyledonous weeds were 21.6%-70.3% and 95.9%-99.7% resp.; but the control effect of control herbicides on dicotyledonous weeds was 100.0%. After 40 d since herbicide application,the fresh weight control effect of 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzonitrile EC on monocotyledonous weeds was 51.5%-89.2% and its fresh weight control effect on dicotyledonous weeds was 93.6%-97.0%. [Conclusion] It was safe and effective to control the weeds in maize field with 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzonitrile after 3-leaf stage.
