通过热重分析实验和固定床热解实验研究了麦草碱性亚硫酸钠-蒽醌法制纸桨黑液固形物的热解特性和热解产物分布.结果表明:黑液固形物热解过程分为干燥脱水、有机物热解和无机物转化三个阶段,主要失重发生在200~550℃间;在热重分析基础上按一级反应动力学模型得到了黑液固形物热解各阶段的动力学参数;实验条件下,麦草浆黑液固形物固定床热解后约三分之一转化为挥发分,余下为固体残渣.
通過熱重分析實驗和固定床熱解實驗研究瞭麥草堿性亞硫痠鈉-蒽醌法製紙槳黑液固形物的熱解特性和熱解產物分佈.結果錶明:黑液固形物熱解過程分為榦燥脫水、有機物熱解和無機物轉化三箇階段,主要失重髮生在200~550℃間;在熱重分析基礎上按一級反應動力學模型得到瞭黑液固形物熱解各階段的動力學參數;實驗條件下,麥草漿黑液固形物固定床熱解後約三分之一轉化為揮髮分,餘下為固體殘渣.

Pyrolysis characteristics of black liquor solids from wheat straw alkaline sulfite -anthraquinone process were investigated by TGA. The yield distribution was also tested in fixed bed pyrolysis apparatus. Results showed that pyrolysis process of black liquor solids was mainly composed of three stages, including dehydration, organic matters pyrolysis and inorganic matters conversion. Main weight loss happened between 200℃ and 550℃. Based on TGA, simplified as a first-order reaction, kinetic parameter was obtained during pyrolysis process. Under the experimental condition, one third volatile was yielded during pyrolysis of black liquor solids from wheat straw pulping in the fixed bed pyrolysis apparatus, and other was solid residue.
