采用活性追踪分离的方法,从盾叶薯蓣内生真菌菌株Dzf13中分离到两个具抗细菌活性的化合物1和2,经理化和波谱分析鉴定为麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)和5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(2).结果表明,化合物1和2对根癌土壤杆菌、黄瓜角斑病菌和番茄疮痂病菌等三种植物病原细菌的生长均表现出一定的抑制活性,尤其对黄瓜角斑病菌的抑制活性较强.结果还表明5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(2)的抗细菌活性要比麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)强.
採用活性追蹤分離的方法,從盾葉藷蕷內生真菌菌株Dzf13中分離到兩箇具抗細菌活性的化閤物1和2,經理化和波譜分析鑒定為麥角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)和5α,8α-過氧麥角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(2).結果錶明,化閤物1和2對根癌土壤桿菌、黃瓜角斑病菌和番茄瘡痂病菌等三種植物病原細菌的生長均錶現齣一定的抑製活性,尤其對黃瓜角斑病菌的抑製活性較彊.結果還錶明5α,8α-過氧麥角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(2)的抗細菌活性要比麥角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)彊.

Two antibacterial compounds,ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol and 5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol,were isolated and identified by bioassay-guided fractionation from the extract of the endophytic fungal isolate Dzf13 from the rhizomes of Dioscorea zingiberensis,a dioscoreaceous medicinal plant.Both two compounds were screened and have inhibitory activity on plant pathogenic bacteria such as Agrobacterium tumefaciens,Pseudomonas lachrymans and Xanthomonas vesicatoria by using the microplate-MTT colorimetric assay.Of three bacterial pathogens.P.lacrymans waS most effectively inhibited.In addition,5α,8α-epidloxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol was found to be more bioactive than ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol.
