The limits and detections of EU REACH legislation about PAHs are introduced. A comprehensive analysbs ot cur- rent research and physicochemical properties of the typical distillate aromatic extract （DAE） substitutes is done. The appli- cation performance difference of various typical products is compared. At the same time, the demand and supply status of domestic non - carcinogenic rubber oil is analyzed. And some problems are pointed out for the promotion of domestic non - carcinogenic rubber oil.
