目的研究噪声对作业女工妊娠结局及其子代智力行为的影响。方法应用流行病学方法对暴露噪声强度在85.00~103.50dB(A)已婚已孕(育)的纺织女工831人进行调查;用《瑞文测验联合型图册CRT—CC》测验子代智商;用Conners量表评估儿童行为问题。结果噪声作业女工自然流产发生率(6.52%,RR=11.24)明显高于对照组,对早产、难产、死胎、死产、先天畸形、低体重儿等观察指标未见明显影响,其发生率有随暴露声级增大而增高的趋势;噪声组女工子代智商明显低于对照组,行为问卷调查发现,心身障碍得分明显高于对照组。结论噪声对作业女工妊娠结局及其子代智力行为有一定影响。

Objective To study the effects of exposure to noise on reproductive outcomes and intelligence behavior of their descendents in female employees.Methods Eight hundred and thirty-one married and pregnant(or parous)female employees exposed to noise at levels of 85.00 to 103.50 decibel(A)in textile works were studied.Intelligence quotient(IQ) and behavior of their offsprings were evaluated with Combined Ravens Test Picture Book CRT-CC and Conners Scale.Results Rate of spontaneous abortion in female employees exposed to noise was 6.52%,significantly higher than that in control group with a relative risk of 11.24,and increased with noise level they exposed to.There was no significant influence of noise on the indicators such as rates of premature labor,difficult labor,still birth,dead fetus,congenital deformity and low birth weight,etc.IQ of their offsprings in the exposed grouр was significantly lower than that in the control group.Psychosomatic score by behavior questionnaire of their offsprings in the exposed group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Noise has certain effects on female reproductive outcomes in the exposed workers and intelligence and behavior of their offsprings.
