针对螺旋锥齿轮乏油弹流润滑(SEHL),基于微分几何和空间曲面啮合原理,进行了螺旋锥齿轮轮齿加载接触迹、接触点主曲率及轮齿间载荷分配的分析.通过椭圆乏油弹流润滑理论,建立了螺旋锥齿轮乏油弹流润滑分析的数学模型和寿命预测模型.以某直升机传动系统螺旋锥齿轮为例,分析验证了所建立的螺旋锥齿轮乏油弹流润滑寿命预测模型的有效性,为螺旋锥齿轮乏油弹流润滑寿命预测提供了一种有效的方法.
針對螺鏇錐齒輪乏油彈流潤滑(SEHL),基于微分幾何和空間麯麵齧閤原理,進行瞭螺鏇錐齒輪輪齒加載接觸跡、接觸點主麯率及輪齒間載荷分配的分析.通過橢圓乏油彈流潤滑理論,建立瞭螺鏇錐齒輪乏油彈流潤滑分析的數學模型和壽命預測模型.以某直升機傳動繫統螺鏇錐齒輪為例,分析驗證瞭所建立的螺鏇錐齒輪乏油彈流潤滑壽命預測模型的有效性,為螺鏇錐齒輪乏油彈流潤滑壽命預測提供瞭一種有效的方法.

Taking aim at starved elaslohydrodynamic lubrication (SEHL) of spiral bevel gears, the analyses of loaded tooth contact track, main curvature of contact point, and load distribution between teeth were performed by differential geometry and space surface mesh theory. By the theory of SEHL at elliptical contact system, the mathematic model and life predication model of SEHL for spiral bevel gears were established. By the analysis on the aviation spiral bevel gears concerning a certain helicopter transmission system, it was proved that the life predication model on SEHL of spiral bevel gears is valid, to provide an effective method for the life prediction.
